Property information

Our apartment satisfies all needs. It offers two spacious bedrooms with integrated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright large living area with sofa space including a large TV - and a spacious dining area. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The bathrooms are modernly equipped and very spacious. The apartment is very bright and full of windows. Each window offers a unique view of the city - at one side you can see the Kurhaus, on the other the backyard with the tower of the cathedral. Additionally, there is a large skylight in the living area and a stunning ceiling installation. The apartment has a smart home system, touch screen light switches and much more. Our apartment is located on the third and final floor.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartment is located in the heart of Meran(o). Right next door is the breathtaking Kurhaus, an outstanding example of architecture, as well as the Cure Promenade, which owes its name to the Passer River that flows through Merano. The thermal baths of Merano, Tappeiner Promenade, the arcades, Wandelhalle and the Powder Tower are just a few of the many highlights that make Merano's old town unique.
