We are a staff of four people, three at back-office (located out of guest house). Cleaning, Reliability and Availability, our mission is give to our guests the best service possible ........

Our property is located 5 minutes walk from the Metro A, Furio Camillo or Colli Albani stop, 10 minutes by subway from Rome's city center. One of the few Rome's guest house with a great availability of free parking nearby !.

Neighbourhood information

Our B & B is located in one of the most important historical and commercial streets of Rome, Via Appia Nuova, a 5-minute walk from Largo Colli Albani, where you will find the subway (Red Line "A") and various bus stations . The Archaeological Park of Appia Antica and catacumbs are located nearby.
