Bright completely renovated apartment located in a quiet 2-storey villa surrounded by citrus trees. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the Serapo beach and the main street of the town where you can find bars, cinemas and restaurants. Outside the property there are also some commercial activities including a market. The apartment has wi-fi connection. Surface of 40sqm on the ground floor with shower, outdoor space and private parking.
