The apartment is situated 200 meters from the Boccadasse beach, in a quiet and peaceful private road. It comprises a small entrance hall, a bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. The living room leads to the large garden equipped with a dining table, armchairs, and sun loungers. Attention: to access the apartment and the garden there are a few steps.

The apartment is located in a residential area, close to the village of Boccadasse, which is today one of the main tourist attractions of the town. The ancient fishing village is characterized by pastel-colored houses with green shutters. The small pebble beach and the harbor area are lined with ice cream parlors, informal bars and trattorias with outdoor tables serving fish and Genoese cuisine. From the terrace next to the Church of Sant'Antonio di Boccadasse you can admire the view of the sea and the village and splendid sunsets. 200 meters away from the apartment there are bus stops to the city centre. About 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Genova Sturla railway station, from where you can reach the city center and the numerous tourist resorts in Liguria.
