This apartment is in a central but quiet location of the city, completely restored with new furniture. A few steps from Piazza Ferretto, Mestre's main square, full of commercial activities, bars, restaurants, a cinema, theater and a museum, the M9. Supermarket and food shops are just outside the building. It is in a comfortable position to reach public transportation and get in Venice, Mestre's railway station (1.3 km) and the Marco Polo airport. -Upon your arrival you will be asked for a copy of your identity document, Italian law requires us to register all our customers. (reference to: Legislative Decree of 7/1/2013 Ministry of the Interior), with this registration and the payment of the tourist tax (you pay up to a maximum of 5 days, the following days will be exempt from the tourist tax) you will also have free access to the historic center of Venice without having to pay the access fee as guests of a facility within the municipality itself.
