L'Appartamento n.1 nel centro medievale di Anguillara Sabazia si trova al primo piano di un palazzo del XIX secolo a pochi passi dal lago e a 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria (in autobus). Questo grazioso appartamento di 18 mq è piccolo e accogliente. È stato recentemente restaurato e arredato da un interior designer locale con una miscela equilibrata di design classico e contemporaneo. Con la sua magica vista sul lago e sulla natura circostante è ideale per rilassare la mente e lo spirito. L'appartamento è composto da un comodo open space con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, un bagno con doccia e un'accogliente sala principale con un letto scorrevole francese.
