Riverrun Holiday Homes No 15 – Sleeps 6: This spacious and bright holiday home has a beautifully decorated, modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area with an electric fireplace and French doors onto the patio. Additional lounge space with a large TV is available at the mezzanine level. Enjoy a lot of light and stunning views of the River Erne and the local forest. Riverrun Holiday Home No 15 has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: Open kitchen/dining (seats 6-8)/living area Bedroom 1: King-size ensuite (with bath) sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: King-size sleeping 2 Utility room Family bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin WC Property layout – First floor: Lounge area (mezzanine level) Bedroom 3: Twin ensuite (with bath) sleeping 2 Family bathroom with bath, over-bath shower, WC and hand basin WC A large open garden (partially decked) with garden furniture and a BBQ is available for our guests. There is a gas central heating system in this property, and an additional plug-in heater is stored under the stairs. A separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is available downstairs. The extra closet is also fitted under the stairs for extra storage. No smoking and no pets. Gas and Electricity meter read and paid on site. WIFI is available, towels are supplied & travel cot is available on request. The house also features a private dock, perfect for launching or mooring your own boat or a rented one during your stay. Local Area & Tourist Attractions The area is particularly popular with anglers, having a reputation for excellent course and pike fishing. A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorised on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.
