We are an Australian family who are from the Southwest Region of Western Australia. We have been travelling to Bali for over 20 years now and we consider Bali our second home. We instantly fell in love with Seminyak and wanted to call it a place of our own. We have been in the Bali real estate for 12 years with our 2 original Villas; Villa Sunny and Villa Yati. Since Bali has reopened, we have decided to purchase 4 more Villas. We have called those Villas Ari, Kaya, Jae and Nicola Villa Sunny is located in a laneway off Sari Dewi, while our other 5 Villas are located in a quiet laneway off Kayu Aya. Villa Sunny is 5 minute walk from the main street of Seminyak and 10 minute walk from the beach. The other Villas are located in the heart of eat street. With plenty of options of your choice, at your door step. Our Villa Manager Sunny has been with us since the beginning. Sunny is a very polite and respectful Manager that will go above and beyond for our guest in the Villas. Since we expanded the business, we have hired more staff. Beach is within walking distance. Villa Yati is a single Storey villa that has 4 bedrooms in the main complex and a 1-bedroom granny flat. The granny flat has access through the kitchen of the main building or if you prefer complete privacy you can enter through the private entrance. Villa Yati sleeps up to 11 people. This gorgeous open living 5-bedroom villa features a granny flat, private pool, bungalow, a spacious kitchen, and a well-appointed living room. Up to 11 people can stay per night.
