Stunning Villa apartment is in a prime location in a quiet centre of Opatija, near beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful setting in a large garden. Breathtaking sea views, large terraces, original features and stylish furnishings make it one of the most beautiful properties in Opatija. Very spacious and full of light. The apartment is open all year. It occupies the entire floor of a private historical villa in a quiet and sunny location in a cul-de-sac on a slope in Opatija, just 50 metres from the beach and from the centre. We are bike friendly!
