The beautiful Villa Karla is located in Debeljak, near Sukošan (Zadar), providing an escape from everyday life. Villa Karla offers peace and quiet for nature lovers in need of relaxation, as well as easy connection to the city center of Zadar. With a living space od 176m2, villa Karla consists of 4 airy bedrooms (three with double beds and one with two single beds), alongside 3 comfortable bathrooms, making it ideal for 8 people. The ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen, dining room and living room, offering plenty of natural light. The outdoor space is equipped with BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The Villa also has a beautiful swimming pool (32m2) surrounded by 8 sun-loungers and garden furniture. While the adults can enjoy the swimming pool, the children can spend many happy hours using the swings. To make your stay in the villa as pleasant as possible you can enjoy in the fruits of our eco-garden. The villa also offers four private parking spots on the 880m2 big lot.
The first market is located only 50m from the villa, while the closest clubs, bars and other forms of entertainment can be found in the beautiful Sukošan and then, of course, Zadar. Beautiful villa Karla is located close (4 km) to largest marina on the Adriatic - marina Dalmatia in Sukošan, an hour's drive away from National Parks Krka, Plitvice Lakes and Starigrad-Paklenica, with Kornati which are also nearby. Villa Karla is 4km away from the closest beach (Sukošan), 11 km from the closest city (Zadar) and 7 km from the closest airport.
