Villa Hakuna Matata is located in a typical Istrian village, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and nature. The large, well-maintained, and fenced property with a private pool and spacious terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect setting for a relaxing family vacation. The house features two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped for a comfortable stay, and additional entertainment is provided by a PlayStation PS4 with games and a foosball table. A separate building next to the villa offers a fully equipped summer kitchen, ideal for breakfast or outdoor family gatherings.

Explore the hinterland and taste authentic Istrian specialties such as truffles and prosciutto, or enjoy a glass of local Malvazija on one of the wine routes. The historic town of Labin, with its rich ateliers and cultural offerings, is perfect for art lovers. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. The nearest beach, Copacabana Plomin, is just a 5-minute drive away, while other beaches are reachable within 15 minutes. The villa’s location makes it an ideal base for exploring all of Istria, combining the charm of the village with proximity to the sea and cultural attractions.
