Smješten je u Rijeci u Primorsko-goranskoj županiji,The Sun ima balkon i predivan pogled na more.Objekt se nalazi 2,5 km od plaže Fiumana,2,6 km od plaže Vila Nora i 3,4 km od stadiona HNK Rijeka-Rujevica.Objekt je za nepušače i udaljen je 1,8 km od plaže Kantrida.Apartman je klimatiziran,ima TV ravnog ekrana s kabelskom televizijom i potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom suđa,kuhalom za vodu,tosterom i aparatom za kavu Dolce Gusto.Ručnici i posteljina su dostupni u apartmanu.Dodatne pogodnosti u sobi uključuju vino.Pomorski i povijesni muzej Hrvatskog primorja udaljen je 4,4 km od apartmana,a Hrvatsko narodno kazalište Ivana Zajca 5 km.Autobusni kolodvor udaljen je 4,5 km od apartmana,a zračna luka Rijeka 30 km.
Pozdrav,ja sam Marina i ovaj slatki studio apartman je ispunjenje mojih želja.Svaki detalj i svaka sitnica u studiu su birani s posebnom pažnjom što će sigurno svaki gost moći osjetiti.Svojim gostima želim pružiti osjećaj radosti i zadovoljstva jer sam se upravo ja tako osjećala kad sam stvarala ovu autentičnu priču Sunca.Lako je biti autentičan kad stvaraš ono što voliš i u čemu uživaš.
Apartman se nalazi u mirnoj četvrti.U prizemlju zgrade je pizza-Sylvester i vrhunski kolači-Torte ja pitam.Nasuprot apartmana je Kaufland,kafić i dječje igralište.Uvijek ima slobodnih mjesta za parking.
