Our house was built in 1882. It’s an old stone mediterranean house located in the center of Brela. It was completely renovated it in 2014 year. The house is just 50 meters away from the sea coast and the best Brela beaches with pine trees. All restaurant, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries, pharmacy and etc are also just 100 meters away from the house. At the same time the house is located in a quite area among old houses which mostly belong to private persons and don’t host too many guests in a high season. The house has 4 floors and two entrances (from the ground floor and from the first floor by stairs). There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor and a bathroom with WC and shower cabin. A living room with easy folding sofa is located on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms with additional WC and a balcony on the second and third floors. If you are coming to us in a low season, please notice, that there are wooden floors everywhere in the house and we have heating modules on each floor.
