Company information

We have been welcoming guests to our house since 2014.

Property information

The house is 125 meters close to the beach and is situated in a street with no traffic (dead end, only residents). We rent 4 rooms and 2 apartments for self-catering and we are family and dog friendly. Pictures and descriptions of the rooms/apartments are on this side. All guests can use the garden, the roof terrace with sea view, the barbecue area including outside kitchen and dining area. Take a look at our Gallery or FB Page for pictures. Bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and pharmacies are within walking distance. We speak fluent Croatian, German and English.

Neighbourhood information

AIRPORT: The Split-Kaštela airport is only 5 minutes by car. If you arrive by plane, we will gladly pick you up from the airport and drive you back to the airport at the end of your holiday. There you will also find "SIXXT", if you are interested in a rental car. BEACH: Only 125 meter separates us from the beach. About one kilometer further is also a little spot where dogs are allowed. RESTAURANTS/BARS: Along the beach are plenty of restaurants and bars (all in the radius of 20 minutes by foot). Just ask us which restaurants/bars we can recommend. SHOPPING: The larger shopping malls are in Trogir and Split. In Kaštel Štafilić are plenty of places for food shopping (Kaufland, LIDL, Pevec). Small grocery stores (Tommy, Konzum, Bakeries) and pharmacies are all within walking-distance. On the promenade there are also some shops offering souvenirs and clothes. SPLIT: Split is only 30 kilometers away (25 minutes by car). The old town in the center of Split is absolutely worth a trip. TROGIR: Trogir is famous for its old town and the marina with impressive yachts. If you are an early riser you can visit the fish market (at about 6 am) to get the best fish "fresh out of the sea".
