Prime location modern family home with a swimming pool situated only 150 m from the beach Uvala Soline, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and one couch sofa. The beautiful city centre is 2.5 km away and well connected with bus lines. House consist of outside deck with barbecue and lounge, a swimming pool (7x3) with sundbeds, yard with a swing surrounded with greenery. Guests have a private parking space for 2 cars. The swimming pool was newly built in 2023 The house offers accommodation for up to 6 people and is fully equipped with all essentials you need for your relaxing and care free holiday. The home owner lives on the property in a small apartment and ensures complete privacy for his guests but if guests need anything she is on your disposition
