The Apartment is a family owned centrally located four-star vacation rental property in Cavtat that offers supreme comfort and privacy. This luxurious apartment combines all of the modern comforts and luxuries such as central air and heating (each room with its independent climate control). The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave oven and a dining table for 4 people with access to good size patio with table and chairs suitable for outdoor dining. Free WiFi is available in the entire villa. There is a parking provided.
Unique property for its exclusive position, the villa is located in the center of town with breathtaking views and is surrounded with its own garden. The villa is just a few minutes walk to all popular shopping, restaurants, palm lined promenade, food market, banks, post office, bakery and grocery shop. In addition to that, the proximity of the villa to the public transportation (boat and bus) makes it easy to explore Dubrovnik and the beautiful Konavle region.
