Apartment has 48m2. It's located on a good position (sqare Spinut) with a garage. It takes you just 10 min by walking to the old town, Diocletian's palace (UNESCO), Archeological museum, most popular place in a downtown Riva (huge number of restaurants and bars), Poljud Stadium (UMF) and park-forest Marjan including beaches, bicycle and running tracks. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary devices: fridge, cooker, oven, dishwasher, stove, toster, microwave and all of the dishes. Living room: Wi-Fi, TV with 150 channels, radio, DVD, couch and a table for PC. Bedroom 1: one big bed for 2 persons, bed sheets, wardrobe, 2 night lokers with lamps, desk. Bedroom 2: 2 separeted beds for 1 person, bed sheets, TV over 100 channels, 2 smaller wardrobes and 1 big wardrobe, one night locker with two lamps and desk. Bathroom: shower cabin, shampoos, washmachine, hair dryer, iron,towels and toilet paper.
