Welcome to Apartment Fani. Newly renovated and modern apartment for four people. The apartment is in an ideal location, between the Old Town and the newly built business center of Dubrovnik and the port of Gruž. Only a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and the city harbor, where numerous boats leave for day trips to the nearby islands, makes this apartment a great place to stay for exploring Dubrovnik and region. The nearest supermarket, ATM, cafes and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the property. The apartment is located on the first floor, accessible only by stairs. Inside there are two air-conditioned bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and other necessary cooking utensils. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The price includes a free parking space.
