Two (2) independent and bordering beach Villas in Kiotari bay, Rhodes consisting of: 1. Ground floor with living room, dining table, fire place and a small toilet. 2. First floor one double bedroom and a small bathroom. 3. Second floor -Villa Olympia one single and one double bedroom. -Villa Yannis two double bedrooms. A big bathroom with a large bathtub and two balconies both overlooking the scenic Aegean Sea. • For both Villas there is a common backyard barbecue area and a free parking area as well. • In front of both Villas there is 180 sq. m. big garden with several flowers. • At the beach there are two big beach-umbrellas with six beach chairs each. Distance from the beach only sixty (60) meters. Distance from the airport sixty (60) kilometers. Distance from super-markets, green-grocers’, restaurants, taverns only three hundred (300) meters. Distance from medical center (Genadi village) three (3) kilometers.
