The PinTree Houses are a complex of two independent and fully renovated detached houses with a courtyard, whose modern aesthetics and ergonomics are harmoniously combined with the architectural elements of the past. The color tones of the materials, the lighting and their modern equipment, are creating a comfortable, warm and functional environment for the guests. House Bruno can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms with beds, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds that can be joined together. The kitchen is a separate sitting area where you can enjoy your meals at the large table, while the living room will become your favorite corner. The courtyard is shared with House Verde, although is distinctly separated with the result that you can freely have your morning coffee or your wine in the evening. House Verde has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. Its size is ideal to accommodate up to 2 people. The ergonomic design of the house ensures that every corner is used efficiently, maximizing both space and functionality for a comfortable stay.

The PinTree Houses are located only 150 meters away from the coastal road. A few meters away you will find coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery with many delicacies, a partry shop and a super market. The city center is only3 minutes away on foot which means that you dont have to move your car.
