Thalia Apartment is a quiet and bright apartment on the 3rd floor of a new building. It takes its name from a sweet 6-year-old girl. In the winter, it is inhabited by the grandparents and in the summer it opens its doors to welcome and host visitors to our beautiful city. It is located in the area of Kipoupoli, a newly built area of Kalamata, which is in an ideal location, because it is only 10 minutes walk from the center and the beach of Kalamata. Thalia Apartment is a bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment. We provide our guests with a basic breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, honey, crisp bread), fruits from our trees and olive oil, trachana (frumenty) and chylopites (noodles) of our own production. The apartment is equipped with airconditions for hot periods and central heating for cold periods. The cost of the heating is not included in the price and is 6 euros per hour.

We live in Kalamata, so we will always be available for our visitors.

The neighborhood is quiet, but not isolated. There is a supermarket and bakery nearby. Besides, downtown, central square and the stores of Kalamata are just 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is located near a bus station. The bus route goes along the entire coast (Navarinou street). If you have your own transportation, there is private parking for one car, but there is also the option to park on the road. There is always available parking space.
