Welcome to Alexandras Villa, nestled in Agia Paraskevi, Skiathos. Alexandras Villa is a family-owned beachfront accommodation with a third generation of hosts. Alexandras Villa is located in Agia Paraskevi, almost in the middle of the ring road that connects Skiathos town to the famous Koukounaries beach and only 15 meters from the Bus Station No. 16 (Easy access with the regular 30 minutes bus service) Our villa complex is built around a 4,500 sqm olive garden with a landscape backdrop of pine-clad mountains for maximum relaxation in peace with nature. Offering a spacious layout for your comfort, our villa complex features four apartments that accommodate groups, couples, and families. All of our villas are designed and equipped for long and relaxing stays. In less than 100 meters, there is the magnificent beach of Agia Paraskevi. Additionally, in the area and within walking distance, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, pool bars, tennis courts, and a children's playground. Agia Paraskevi is a very well-organised area and is one of the most popular on the island, along with Troulos and Koukounaries.

Neighbourhood information

You will be kindly welcomed by the most picturesque views of Greek nature, with pine-forested mountains and the bluest sea streaming en route to Agia Paraskevi. The beach of Agia Paraskevi is located in the secluded southern area of Skiathos, about 7 km from the hustling Skiathos Town. The blue waters and golden sand will welcome you to Agia Paraskevi beach, named after the church of Agia Paraskevi, located at the beach’s entrance. This large beach has plenty of activities like beach bars and many water sports, including water skiing, jet skiing, and boat rentals. The area is home to 5 stars hotels and villas with one of the most well-organized areas and has one of the most popular beaches on the island along with Troulos and Koukounaries. While Skiathos Town is significant with its nightlife, the area of Agia Paraskevi is more of a calm retreat. In the area, you will also find several taverns with Greek menus served by the sea. Agia Paraskevi offers cafes and bars without having to commute or drive to the town if you prefer a quick night away or a relaxing cocktail. Our Villa, Villas Alexandra, is only 200 meters or 3 minutes away from Agia Paraskevi beach. Local eats and drinks also surround the villa for lunch and dinner. There are also bars and cafes if you prefer to lounge at night.
