Ideal house for families or large groups. Located in a quiet area next to the old town of Nafplio, beneath Palamidi Fortress. With spacious rooms and an excellent location, enjoy the quietness and easy acces -House Description In 2024 we rebuilt our grandmother's house, preserving its special character. The property is a detached house with a staircase, 122 sqm. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The upper floor features one single, one double, and one triple bedroom, a second bathroom, and 2 balconies. At the back of the ground floor, there is a small open area. Air conditioning is available throughout the ground floor and in all bedrooms. We can also provide a crib with a mattress at no extra cost. - Why Guests Choose this House Over Other Accommodations in Nafplio Unlike many properties in the Old Town where parking can be extremely challenging, the streets are narrow with limited or no car access, and the area can often be busy and noisy, our house offers easy street parking, absolute peace and quiet at all hours of the day and night, and quick access on foot to the heart of Nafplio, just a 10-minute walk through the beautiful Kolokotronis Park. You can explore the Old Town without the hassle of long walks, difficult parking, or climbing countless stairs, allowing for a truly hassle-free experience, free from noise or traffic. - Other important information: 1. According to short-term rental regulations, the guest's Tax Identification Number (TIN) is required for domestic bookings, and passport or ID number for bookings without a TIN. 2. The house features a charming, vintage interior staircase that beautifully preserves the home’s original character.
