The villa is built in maisonette style in three levels, in a plot of 8.000 sqm private land, surrounded by olive trees, flowers and beautiful gardens. The property offers extreme privacy and peaceful. This quiet and peaceful area is offered to families with kids, couples, groups of friends, as can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults & 4 children.Villa's unique privilege location is ideal for anyone who is looking for moments of pleasure and relaxation, complete privacy and isolation, elegance, luxury and stylish décor. Away from the crowds but the same time very close to the picturesque villages of Platanias and Agia Marina.The Villa has large living areas, one fully equipped kitchen (with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, fruit squeezer, coffee maker, juicer, electric kettler, toaster, microwave and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, cookware and utensils), three double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor pool 35 sm & a hot tub for 6 persons, large verandas with amazing view and a barbecue area.
