On the remains of an old stone oil depot built in 1890, the two-storey house (surface 90 s.m.) within the framework of a residential complex was built in 1998. With independent and private entrance is located at a distance of 9 m. from the sea in the enchanting village of Kato Gatzea. The direct contact with the mansion of 1890, a pole of attraction, exudes an atmosphere full of history. The surrounding area with palm trees, pines and the sea creates a sense of relaxation throughout the year.
I give guests space and I am available when they need something
The location of the house in Kato Gatzea is ideal for relaxation and tranquility, as it is not located in the central part of the village. However, the easy and direct access on foot attracts the visitor to visit the coastal front of the village with the picturesque port, the well-kept cafes and the taverns. Kato Gatzea due to its central location in the Pagasitic Gulf and the short distance from Volos and the ski center of Pelion is an ideal destination in all seasons. The village of Kato Gatzea covers all the needs of the tourist in pharmacies, markets, cafes and taverns. The direct contact with the beach bar cafe restaurant "Rivera" gives the visitor the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation during the summer months. The house is located 17 km from the city of Volos. There is frequent transport during the day with intercity buses that pass through the main road of Volos Neochori at a distance of 3 minutes from the house.
