Our modern, smart, with advanced automation systems and comfortable Villas have everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in a peaceful location close to famous attractions such as Falasarna, Balos, Chania and Elafonisi. Every estate of 127 sq.m. each (1367 sq.ft.) has two levels with large terraces in upper floor, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire surrounding area and the Gulf of Kissamos. Each Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen and kitchenette on the upper floor, features a private pool, garden and bbq facilities while they are fully equipped to make you feel like home away from home. Free Wifi and parking in both Villas are available for our guests. Just a couple of minutes drive from Gramvousa Villas you will find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bank, gas station, and family restaurants with tasty local dishes. Perfect for those seeking total tranquility to total switch off and unwinds, with only olive trees and sweet birdsong in earshot, whilst the vibrancy of Kisssamos town and Chania city is just 10 and 30 minutes away.
I like meeting people and help our guests with anything they may need. I enjoy swimming, reading books, spending time with friends and family and walking around beautiful nature. Crete is my favorite place in Greece, since the average temperature each year is around 23°C and due to the friendliness and hospitality of locals. This is why the last few years i spend half of each year's months in Crete.
Gramvousa Villas are located in the middle of many famous attractions on northwestern part of Crete. You can reach Balos, an impressive beach with fine white sand and shallow waters by boat from the port of Kissamos or by car (and walking afterwards). For those who love walking or cycling in nature, daily walking and cycling tours are organised in various places around our Village, such as Falasarna, one of Crete's loveliest beaches and at it's archaeological sites. For those who want to come into contact with the sea and the underwater environment, Kissamos diving center is located 7 km away from Gramvousa Villas, with many interesting and organized activities. And last but not least, for lovers of Cretan food and wine the following 2 places might interest you. Pnevmatikakis winery, where you can learn of the process of the wine production from grapes to the bottle. More than twenty types of wine are offered for taste in the museum, and you can buy wine, syrups & raki before leaving. At the farm “Metochi”, (at Kissamos) with the garden with seasonal vegetables,aromatic and therapeutic herbs,olive trees,sheeps & chicken,you can participate in traditional Cretan cooking lessons
