Brand new 100m2 structure on two floors. Completed in April 2024. Private swimming pool in front of the Villa with sea and sunset views over the water. Green area all around which maintains the Greek tradition with olive trees and cicadas. Ground floor of 60 m2 with bathroom, kitchen, open space living room and a double bedroom. First floor of 40m with triple terrace, double bedroom and bathroom.
For years in the field of tourism, managing multiple structures in the Italian territory, this new dream adventure begins in the bay of Falasarna. With small extras, available for guide service, with jeep Wrangler to get around the island and for food and wine tours, on foot for trekking and boat trips.
A few meters from the famous Falasarna Beach, 25km from Elafonissi and 10km from the beautiful Balos Bay. is located in the municipality of Kissamos municipality. Easy to reach from Chania Airport, which is only 40 minutes away from the property.
