Κοντα του υπαρχουν λιμανι,καφε μπαρ,bar,sm,αρχαιολογικοι χωροι.. Kλιματιζεται με ενα μεγαλο airconticion 12 BTU INVWRTER που καλυπτει το σαλονι,WC και κουζινα Και 2 Airconticion 9 BTU inverter στο υπνοδωματιο και παιδικο δωματιο Υπαρχουν σιτες προστασιας απο κουνουπια σε πορτες και παραθυρα Υπαρχει παρκινκ διαρκως
