Welcome to our recently renovated historic two-story artists' house. It features 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, a brand new bathroom with shower, and a modern kitchen with handmade elements. A wooden staircase leads to a beautiful living room with balconies on each side, offering views of pine-covered hills and the sea. The large terrace has a traditional pergola and outdoor furniture for dining, while the courtyard boasts jasmine and lemon trees, along with a unique outdoor shower.

Originally from Austria, now based in Athens. After 15 years in Asia working in 5* hospitality I came back to Europe. I work as a yacht broker and a coach and combine the two in my Soulsailing yachting journeys.

The house is located in the centre of Megalochori, only minutes away from the charming port. Everything you need (supermarket, tavernas, beach, etc) is within walking distance.
