Οι ιδιοκτήτες των « alancia suites » είναι ένα ζευγάρι αρχιτεκτόνων που θέλησαν να συνοψήσουν τις εμπειρίες της πορείας τους στον χώρο της αρχιτεκτονικής και να δημιουργίσουν ένα κατάλλυμα φιλόξενο, άνετο χαλαρό και αισθητικά όμορφο στον τόπο καταγωγή τους. Οι « alancia suites » είναι 8 ολοκαίνουργες σουίτες με πισίνα, που βρίσκονται στον παραλιακό δρόμο του οικισμού της Σάμης , απέναντι από το αλιευτικό καταφύγιο και έχουν απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στα βουνά της Ιθάκης. Η επιπλωσή τους ακολουθεί την minimal αισθητική και προσφέρει τις ανέσεις για μια αξέχαστη διαμονή Σε απόσταση 100 περίππου μέτρων βρίσκεται η πλαζ της Σάμης κατάλληλη για κολύμπι. Από την πλαζ ξεκινάει μια γραφική παραθαλάσσια διαδρομή μέχρι τον Καραβόμυλο, ιδανική για όσους αγαπούν το περπάτημα ή το τρέξιμο. Επίσης ο επισκέπτης μπορεί σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών με τα πόδια να βρεί ποικιλία από café, εστιατόρια, super markets και άλλα εμπορικά καταστήματα. Οι « alancia suites » σε συνεργασία με κάποια εστιατόρια προσφέρουν έκπτωση από 10%-20% στους πελάτες τους. Μη παραλείψετε το λιμνοσπήλαιο της Μελισσάνης σε απόσταση 3 χιλιομέτρων, το Σπήλαιο Σταλακτιτών της Δρογγαράτης σε απόσταση 3 χιλιομέτρων και το προσεισμικό εγκαταλελειμμένο χωρίο Βλαχάτα που γίνεται το φεστιβαλ Saristra.
