Μια ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητη και ευρύχωρη μονοκατοικία 115 τ.μ. στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Συμμετέχει στο "breathing again" project, δίνοντας και πάλι ζωή σε ιδιαίτερης αρχιτεκτονικής ακίνητα, σεβόμενα πάντα την τοπική κοινωνία. Το 74 Βόλος, έχει επίσης μεγάλους εξωτερικούς χώρους, βεράντες, κήπο, εργαλεία γυμναστικής δωρεάν θέση στάθμευσης και γενικά διαθέτει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Ιδανικό και για οικογένειες.
