Joli studio de 30 m², dont 10 m² de terrasse dans petite résidence de 20 logements, de type Maison créole sur 2 niveaux. Jardin arboré. 1 place de stationnement privée nominative dans la résidence. Cuisine équipée sur la terrasse. Ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, bouilloire, cafetière Senseo, micro-ondes grill. 1 canapé convertible "Express" (sans retirer les coussins) pour 2 personnes. 2 lits superposés ( 2 x 1 personne) 1 lit bébé pliable à disposition. Salle d'eau avec lavabo, wc et douche (avec réserve d'eau de 20 litres). Climatisation réversible. Linge de lit et de maison fournis.
La résidence se situe au centre de Sainte Anne, à 300 mètres de la magnifique plage du bourg et de son lagon, et à proximité des commerces et des restaurants, accessibles à pieds.
