Our apartments are located in the center of New Gudauri and provide comfortable accommodation at any time of the year.

Property information

The most comfortable place to stay is New Gudauri. People usually come here to ski in the winter, relax, breathe in the fresh mountain air and surround themselves with beautiful landscapes that will forever remain in the heart. Gudauri ski resort is famous for excellent snow, high-quality infrastructure and places for freeride. Comfortable ski slopes, new lifts, comfortable hotels, mild climate and affordable prices.

Neighbourhood information

New Gudauri (New Gudauri) - is a new residential complex of European class, located directly at the gondola lift. The complex is designed for comfortable rest in winter and summer. Directly in the complex there is all the necessary infrastructure: Rental of ski equipment Instructor School Track for riding on cheesecakes, swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurants and karaoke club.
