Large room with a private bathroom, fridge , smart tv , Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities . there is also a utility room available if required for longer stays . use of a washing machine , air fryers rotary and fixed , and a microwave . For an extra cost upon arrival . currently sleeps 3 , pull out foam mattress available No issues if you are more than 3 with smaller kids and want to sort your own sleeping arrangements
Hi my names Craig , Happy to help , should there be any issues , There are dogs on the premises , you wont come into contact with them , and they never gain access to that area so no issues with allergies , but you may hear them from time to time , they are very well behaved .
Close to the beach and sandy bay caravan park, local shops , good public transport and central for all of Devons attractions
