Newly renovated & spacious 4 bedroom detached property sleeps up to 9 adults and 2 children. 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. One family room with a double bed and additional bunk beds. One bedroom with 2 single beds. The property has 4 toilets. Fully serviced kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and a dining table that seats 12 guests. Laundry room. Games room with neon lights, speaker to play music, smart tv, bar football/pool table, additional games to play. Sitting room with smart tv & free netfix. Free WiFi throughout the property. Please note we operate 24hr CCTV at the front of the property. This property is not recommended for guests with mobility issues or those who may have difficulty with stairs.
Whinstone is owned by Linda & Campbell. We renovated our building with first and foremost the guests in mind so you can experience a holiday to remember in a lovely comfortable property where you will be surrounded by lovely things to help you feel at home. Falkland is a beautiful historical Scottish village that attracts many visitors from all over the world. When visiting Falkland you really feel like you have stepped back in time. The main attraction is Falkland Palace which was a favourite of Mary Queen of Scots. The village has pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants. Falkland is surrounded by beautiful countryside with great walks and Falkland hill is a stone throw away. Many scenes of Outlander were filmed in Falkland making it a very popular tourist attraction for Outlander fans.
