This first floor flat is situated in a sought-after area just off Ferry Road with the added bonus of an allocated parking space. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lot of parks around in addition to famous gym at 10 min walk. * Morissons Supermarket: 10min walk. * Craigleith Retail Park is close-by with High Street stores. * Plenty of bus services in all directions. * City Center: 10min drive. *Airport: 20min in Car. * Inverleith Park & Royal botanics: 10Min walk.
Engineer by profession. Love walking, yoga, cooking and dancing.
Very Quiet area with private parking and green parks all around. Very close to Stockbridge and City Center. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Gym with pool, steam and sauna 10 minutes walk. Inverleith and Royal Botanics 2 minutes drive.
