Beautiful retreat in the grounds of a Regency Rectory. Unwind and relax in the beautiful South Shropshire countryside. Stylish and contemporary interior with private entrance. Hallway with underfloor heating and limestone flooring leading to ground floor bedroom (note the floor in the bedroom does not have underfloor heating (slippers recommended!). Bedroom with beds to suit either two singles or king size. Integrated wardrobe with plenty of storage. Stylish downstairs shower room with rainfall shower head and underfloor heating. Stairs from hall to an open plan living area with fully equipped Kitchenette including dishwasher. This is a cosy area with 50 inch smart tv , Bluetooth speaker and wood burning stove. The sofa bed pulls out to a double bed and can sleep 2. Dining table for 4 persons. The property is adjacent to the hosts home and we share the courtyard for parking. Access to garden area which is shared with the hosts. You have your own south facing separate area to sit in which to enjoy the sun - when it appears. Property maintained to a high standard.
