JB Farming & Country Stays is based on a working arable farm close to Woodhall Spa. The cottages are run by hosts Jen and James who aim to provide guests with a wonderful experience during their time here.

The Stables is situated on the grounds of our working farm. Dating back to at least Victorian times, this building originally was home to the draft horses that would have worked the land here. Converted some years ago into a cottage, The Stables has recently undergone some refurbishment with a cozy modern-country aesthetic. Views from the cottage, which is all one one level, extend out over the local farmland and it's a great base for group golf or cycling holidays or family trips as a base to explore the local area. It’s a tranquil, cozy cottage that we are sure you will love as much as we do.

The Stables provides the perfect base to explore the local area including Woodhall Spa, which is just 7 minutes away by car. With lots of tourist attractions, walks and scenery to enjoy nearby including Lincoln Castle & Catherdral, Tattershall castle, Wolds Wildlife Park, and Tattershall Farm Park to name a few, The Coach House is the perfect base for an interesting holiday.
