Woodlands Manor Farm is in the parish of Morwenstow (Cornish: Logmorwenna) in North Cornwall, England, UK. The parish is on the Atlantic coast, about six miles (10 km) north of Bude and within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The Manor House is full of charm and character making it the perfect venue for family and friends gatherings. Spacious, with three lounges, large kitchen, dining room, utility, six bedrooms, and three bathrooms, the house retains many original features including slate floors, magnificent fireplaces, and low lintels.​ The main sitting room boasts an ultra high-def Smart TV, Blu-ray player and large wood burner. The Manor has a beautiful garden and outside patio for al fresco dining.

Woodlands Manor Farm is in the parish of Morwenstow (Cornish: Logmorwenna) in North Cornwall, England, UK, about six miles (10 km) north of Bude. The parish is bounded to the north and east by parishes in Devon, to the south by the Cornish parish of Kilkhampton and to the west by the Atlantic Ocean. The land borders the Coombe Valley (AONB) where the river enters the sea at the National Trust beach Duckpool, which is 1.5 miles away. The next nearest beach is Sandymouth which again is owned by the National Trust and is about 3 miles away.
