Flat 1 is a lovely ground floor apartment with an ideal situation in the centre of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Comprising two bedrooms; a king-size double and a twin, this cottage sleeps four guests. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an electric stove. Outside is off-road parking (small car) in the garage at the rear and an enclosed south-facing private gravel garden area with furniture. Flat 1 is a delight to stay the year-round. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

The spa town of Harrogate is famous for its acres of gardens, open spaces, architecture and tree-lined boulevards. Once one of the most fashionable spas in Europe, the town continues to draw visitors from far and wide to its shops and restaurants and renowned conference centre. The countryside around Harrogate is beautiful with Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales to the west and the North York Moors to the east. Close by there are many major attractions including Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden (National Trust) and the houses of Norton Conyers and Newby Hall & Gardens.
