Lovely shabby chic style , recently renovated 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

We are next to Marina Court, the large ship - style building. Quite flat with grate location with lots of restaurants, bars, live music and events to enjoy. Bus stop just outside of the building taking you along the coast of St.Leonards and Hastings. The is a corner shop , nice places to eat in the front of the building. Half Man Half Burger is a must ! Pizzarelli for take away and delivered delicious pizzas or eat in the new restaurant space. Azur just opposite , there is always something going on. It's literally 10 min walk to St.Leonards Warrior Square Railway Station which has a direct link to London Charing Cross Station or London Bridge if you want to make any day trips in to London and return again to the sea. Train journey time is approx. 1hr and 30 min each way.
