These modern apartments can sleep up to 15 people in total, they consist of six bedrooms in total, they are located on the first, second and third floor. In the heart of Yor. Just outside of the front door you're surrounded by a variety of high street retailers, & restaurants, alongside attractions such as Cliffords Tower, The Jorvik Viking Centre and The City Walls. Tastefully decorated with an industrial flare, impressive historic artwork alongside modern furnishings. Combined, Bateman, Turpin and Fawkes Quarter are located on the first, second and third floor they are all two bedroom apartments, accessed via stairs. Hallway leading to an open plan kitchen/diner and living space, with wall mounted TV, L-shape sofa bed, dining table and chairs to seat 4. Kitchenette with kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and slimline dishwasher, washer dryers in Bateman and Turpin Quarter. Together the three apartments have: Six double bedrooms, three shower rooms, three open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. Electric heating. Secondary glazing. Towels and linen provided. Please note that this apartment enjoys a vibrant neighbourhood with a lively bar nearby, so you may experience some expected background noise.STAYS OF 7+ DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A REFUNDABLE 600 GBP DAMAGE DEPOSIT. There may be signs of wear and tear that does not affect the overall comfort and functionality of the property. Notice of Exterior Work Exterior maintenance will take place from 17th October to 8th November. Scaffolding will be at the rear of the building, where windows are located. Guests may experience some disruption, including noise, protective coverings on windows, and contractors working on the scaffolding. To reflect this, the nightly rate has been reduced. We want you to be fully informed so you can make the best decision for your stay.

Neighbourhood information

This central location puts you in the heart of the City. Just outside the door you'll see a variety of high street shops such as Zara, H&M, Boots, alongside bespoke independent retailers selling quirky and bespoke goods. With 100's of restaurants to choose from you'll be spoilt for choice for food in York. A short walk away is the Jorvik centre if you're looking to find out more about York's Viking history. Cliffords Tower is close by. The impressive York Minster is a must-see during your trip
