Hi welcome to our three bedroom holiday home. We hope you have a wonderful time here at Seton Sands. Unfortunately no commercial vehicles are allowed (i.e works vans) on site. Anything else you need to know please don’t hesitate to ask. Regards Carol 😊 Please note that Setonsands Restaurants/swimming pool and entertainment shops etc are all closed during 14/11/23 -14/03/24. Only caravan is available to stay in between 15/11/23 - 30/11/23 then only every weekend December. Shops and restaurants close by in port seton. Which is close by.

The caravan has a mobile router for WIFI. It also has a decking to sit out on. And the caravan is only 200 metre from complex, swimming and show bar etc. Also mini market on site. 200 yards from public transport. Also parking included. Great location for a perfect family holiday.
