This apartment is a little bit special. Looking out over the Estuary in Southend. Has a beautiful open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with views onto the enormous wrap around balcony. The property benefits from 3 good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has en suite with a beautiful vista to the west and the main bathroom benefits from a sauna shower. There is a hot tub on the balcony where you can watch the sun set over Southend. Parking available at the property for one vehicle. We reserve the right to cancel a booking.
This penthouse is situated in the heart of Southend-on-sea nestled between mainline travel links with London within easy access. It is also 5 minutes walk from a vibrant high street and Southend's famous pier and amusement park. There are plenty of lovely places to eat surrounding the property. The views from this property are outstanding and the balcony benefits from sunshine from morning until the evening.
