We purchased 45 New Esplanade Court in August 2021 as we love the Torbay area, especially Paignton. We looked-for an apartment that we could use regularly and also share with family, friends and guests.

Property information

Welcome to our apartment located within New Esplanade Court, Paignton! 45 New Esplanade Court is a modern and well-presented first floor, one bedroom, apartment which can sleep up to four people (inclusive of 2 adults maximum, children and infants). The apartment is suitable for individuals, couples & small families. New Esplanade Court is a private and secure holiday/residential apartment complex with outdoor communal gardens and a heated swimming pool (seasonal - MAY to SEPTEMBER ONLY). The apartment is set in a fabulous location, only a short walk to Paignton seafront, beach, pier, harbour, town centre, shops, restaurants and bars. On entering the apartment, you are welcomed into an entrance hall with doors leading to a modern lounge/kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom and a bright bathroom. The bedroom can sleep up to four with a double bed plus a childs single bed with a childs single trundle bed wheeled underneath. The lounge has a double sofa bed to sleep up to two. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in a secure car park to the rear of the property (car park security fob provided). If you don't have a car, the apartment is easy to travel to as the train and bus stations are both within walking distance.

Neighbourhood information

Paignton is a seaside town on the coast of Torbay in Devon. Paignton is a bustling town centre, with high street shops, gift shops, restaurants, bars, arcades, cinema, theatre, escape rooms, casino etc. The seafront is beautifully picturesque with the Pier, Harbour and Geo Play Park and with coastal paths that link the numerous beaches. Paignton also has a Zoo and the UK's largest outdoor waterpark, Splashdown Quaywest. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in a secure car park to the rear of the property (car park security fob provided). If you don't have a car, the apartment is easy to travel to as the train and bus stations are both within walking distance. Paignton is located on the South West Coastal Path which navigates you to walk to the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham and beyond. One of the best ways to explore South Devon is by the Dartmouth Steam Railway and River Boat Company's famous and award winning tour! The "Round Robin" includes steam train, river boat and open-top bus visiting the quaint towns of Paignton, Dartmouth and Totnes.
