Patio doors lead to an outdoor space with additional seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes; a dishwasher and Gas Hob, microwave, you will also find cooking essentials, e.g. oil/salt & pepper. The washing machine is located in the downstairs W/C.
The living room is located to the front of the property, overlooking the on-site parking space. You will find a smart TV with Netflix and 2 sofas.
Upstairs
The comfortable twin rooms, sleep 6 people. All rooms come equipped with fresh bed linen and towels. The rooms are spacious, with ample clothes storage.
The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Shower gel/shampoo/hair drier are also provided.
Sam is local to the area and his wife Freja is from Surrey. We both work in the Hospitality sector and know what people want in a property. We are lovers of the outdoors and have an 18 year old son and a Cocker Spaniel called Chester.
The residential area surrounding the property is very sought after and is almost like a village within Hereford. The city centre is a 10 minute walk, with the abundance of shops/restaurants and bars. The winding river banks and countryside are a 5 minute walk. Local amenities like; Tesco Express, corner shop and garage are all less than 5 mins walk away.
