Self-contained ground floor studio for two. Free on street parking with no restrictions- EV charger pay as you go fitted - Own entrance - Bathroom - kitchenette with integrated Fridge Freezer, Integrated Microwave - Double Bed, Wall mounted TV. Ideal for professional business people or couples looking for a relaxing break. Minute walk onto Chatsworth road where you can find bars and restaurants. Close to Chesterfield, Chatsworth, Buxton, Bakewell, Matlock, Eyam plus many more lovely places to visit.
A mobile number is available within the information file pack, this is located in the wardrobe, bottom left hand drawer.
Very quite tree lined location with only 6 individual looking properties, a few minutes walk into Somersall Park, swing a left for a lovely walk into town, or turn right to walk into the peaks. A leisurely stroll takes you onto Chatsworth road or alternatively you can head down onto to Somersall park for a lovely walk through the woods to Walton Dam. A must recommendation is the Peak sightseer open top bus tour available May - September, the bus stop is only a few minutes away from the Studio.
