Only 5 mins walk to The Friary & Guildford’s cobbled high street, lined with cafés, restaurants, and pubs. Surrey uni is nearby, access to the A3 and M25 are moments away. Inside the flat, enjoy stylish furnishings & a sleek full size kitchen & a modern bathroom. Perfect for a holiday break or professionals looking for short term stays.
