Trendy one bedroom ground floor house with private kitchen, lounge and bathroom in a peaceful gated neighbourhood. Property is a semi-detached 3 storey 4 bedroom house. The ground floor is completely independent with a front and back garden. There is a tv in both bedroom and lounge. Washing machine, dryer and fridge are also available no sharing. Cooking tools are provided so feel free to make your meals. Free parking and free wifi available. Complimentary bottle of wine can be provided on arrival.
I am a humble married lady and a qualified nurse. Love travelling and stayed in few short term properties so developed an interest in hosting. I love meeting different people from all over the world and learning different cultures. I am still new but learning fast.
Centrally located, close to all major road networks. M56, M60, M62 and M67. Place is 3.5miles to Manchester City Centre and Manchester Piccadilly Train Station. Also 2.5 miles to the Etihad Stadium/ National Cycling Centre and 5 miles to the Iconic Old Trafford Stadium. The Media City with BBC and ITV studios are 5.5 miles away. Manchester Airport is 7 miles away. Manchester Arena is 3.9 miles and Apollo is 2.4 miles from the property. Asda and tesco which closes at 11pm are less than 10 minutes drive.
