The Apartment is fully furnished & spacious meaning guests can pack light and enjoy having an entire Apartment to themselves at a great price. We pride ourselves on offering high quality and great value short stay accommodation in Fife and we are confident the Apartment will fit your needs perfectly.
Maltings Apartment has been receiving guests since early 2022 and is managed by Maryanne Mclaughlin & Ryan Gray. Maryanne manages the day-to-day bookings and customer service and is on call 24/7 for guest needs. She lives close by the apartment so any issues or queries can be resolved quickly.
The Apartment is in a great location for access to local amenities such as 24hr Supermarket and various local shops, bars and fast-food outlets, on top of this it also offers fantastic commuting links into Edinburgh and other areas of Scotland & UK. The Forth Road Bridge & Queensferry Crossing is 18 miles away, Edinburgh Airport; 24 miles and Edinburgh city centre; 30 miles. Kirkcaldy railway station is only 1 mile away and is on the main east coastline which provides services to other areas of Fife, Edinburgh, Dundee, Aberdeen, and south to London. The Caledonian Sleeper offers a direct service between London and Kirkcaldy.
